Volunteer as a Room Host

Help sessions run smoothly at the Head to Toe Conference while enjoying 50% off general conference registration! Room Hosts welcome attendees, assist with CEU check-ins, and support two consecutive sessions. Space is limited to 20 volunteers, so apply early to secure your spot. Purchase Order Request Form

To request payment of your Head to Toe registration via Purchase Order, please complete our Purchase Order Submission Form.

Once your Purchase Order is reviewed and approved, we will email you a DISCOUNT CODE that will allow you to complete you Head to Toe Registration in Whova.

Access Funds

 

For information about accessing federal grant funds to pay for conference registration and expenses for the Head to Toe Conference, please contact Emily Sisk Layman at emily.sisk-layman@ped.nm.gov.Please note that we will not be able to offer refunds to those who have purchased their tickets prior to receiving approval.

SBHC Preconference

The preconference session presented by the Alliance of School Based Health Care is not affiliated with this year's Head to Toe Conference.
