Charges made by credit card will appear as Constellation Consulting, LLC.
Refunds are no longer available after October 16th, 2025. Registrations are transferrable any time.

Volunteer as a Room Host
Help sessions run smoothly at the Head to Toe Conference while enjoying 50% off general conference registration! Room Hosts welcome attendees, assist with CEU check-ins, and support two consecutive sessions. Space is limited to 20 volunteers, so apply early to secure your spot. Purchase Order Request Form
To request payment of your Head to Toe registration via Purchase Order, please complete our Purchase Order Submission Form.
Please note: A $25 processing fee applies to all Purchase Order payments to help cover administrative costs.
Once your Purchase Order is reviewed and approved, we will email you a DISCOUNT CODE that will allow you to complete your Head to Toe Registration in Whova.

Access Funds
For information about accessing federal grant funds to pay for conference registration and expenses for the Head to Toe Conference, please contact Emily Sisk Layman at emily.sisk-layman@ped.nm.gov. Please note that we will not be able to offer refunds to those who have purchased their tickets prior to receiving approval.
SBHC Preconference
This year’s SBHC preconference is presented by New Mexico Department of Health Office of School and Adolescent Health and the New Mexico Alliance for School-Based Health Care. Registration for the SBHC pre-conference is being administered by the New Mexico Alliance for School-Based Health Care.
